3. Secure Storage — Once agreed, we take possession of your item and store it safely in our secure facility for the duration of the loan.

4. Repay & Reclaim — Your loan, your timeline. Extension options are available if you need more flexibility, and you can draw on the full appraised value of your item at any time, even if you've already made payments toward your balance.

We understand that discretion matters. That's why we offer private, in-home service appointments for clients who prefer to be seen on their own terms.
